September 15, 2017 is the effective date of the new 2017 Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines. These new Guidelines may be important for you to review due to the new calculations that will determine child support obligation. This is particularly important for those of you who have a child or children in college due to the proposed 25% discount in the new Guidelines.
